Join Forum for a very important conversation about Sex Trafficking in St. Louis.  Phyllis Miller of the YWCA will provide a better understanding of what sex trafficking is and the level of activity in the St. Louis region. 


Phyllis is the Director of the YWCA Women’s Resource Center.  She has over 25 years of experience providing program management and services to high risk populations, including victims of sexual violence, domestic violence and child abuse/neglect.  For the YWCA, she manages services such as the Sexual Assault Response Team and Counseling.  She is trained in and utilizes several evidence based practices.  

Phyllis is a licensed clinical social worker with degrees in social work and counseling.  She is on the advisory board with Washington University’s Center for Violence and Injury Prevention and she is a board member of the St. Louis child Abuse and Neglect Network. She is also a member of the Association of Social Workers and American Counseling Association.
