Pandemic (COVID) Protocol

Requirements:
• Follow current CDC guidelines and site requirements
• Limit attendance based upon size of meeting space (space allotted v 6-ft distancing)
• All attendees must register prior to the event
• Include waiver on all in-person registration pages (see below)
• Forum will provide hand sanitizer and masks at its registration table, as long as masking is required by CDC guidelines/site requirements.


Waiver:
By registering for this program, I understand that attendance is voluntary and that St. Louis Forum cannot guarantee that I won’t become infected with the virus. I agree to abide by the guidance for this event and acknowledge that it is my responsibility to evaluate the risks associated with attending. In the event I become ill, exposed to Covid, or elect not to participate due to Covid concerns, I also understand that Forum will reimburse any fees associated with the event as long as I give written notice 1-hour prior to the start time.


Example:
August 27 Annual Meeting/Trailblazer Award Celebration
• The event is planned in a meeting room at Le Meridien Hotel in Clayton, MO
• Room capacity is >250 people seated; attendance is not expected to exceed 50-65
• Tables will be set in rounds of 6 (rather than 8/10 which are customary) and will be spread throughout the room
• As of 8/4/21, CDC guidance is that masks be worn inside by all attendees, regardless of vaccination status, so masks will be required even though the hotel does not require them to be used in meeting rooms
• Forum will have masks and hand sanitizer at the registration table
